DAF screens A/S was establised in 1952 and moved the manufacturing to the precent premises in 1960. New facilities has been added during years when production changed from acrylic sheets to screens for microfilm-readers and later to video-projection-screens.
DAF Screens A/S has been owned by the Heining-family in three generations and stands for reliable and honest business with mutual benefit for all parts involved.
The production of acrylic sheets has turned into specialized, custom made sheets from MMA (Methylmethacrylate) and compromise different items made from liquid acrylic like:

Clear blocks in 30-50 mm for items to off-shore/oil-industry

Clear and coloured sheets with HARD-coating (scratch- and chemical-resistant)

The production is located in hedehusene outside Copenhagen (15 min. from CPH int. airport) in own property, specially build for Polymerisation of MMA.
